Nancy Clark, MS, RD is an internationally known sports nutritionist and nutrition author. A registered dietitian (RD), Nancy specializes in nutrition for exercise and wellness and the nutritional management of eating disorders. She is Director of Nutrition Services at SportsMedicine Associates, one of the largest athletic injury clinics in the Boston area. There, she offers nutrition consultations to both casual exercisers and competitive athletes. She answers people's questions about food and weight, and helps them win with good nutrition.
